1.Eligibility for Returns/Refunds
- All products are eligible for a refund, subject to the conditions stated below.
Due to the handcrafted and hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size or style ordered
- Sale items
2. Lost Nails
- All sets are sold as complete sets only. We do not offer replacement of individual nails. If a nail is missing, you may reorder the complete set if it is still available.
3. Timeframe
- Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund.
4. Return Conditions: Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected].
- To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
- The nails themselves must be damaged or incorrect.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tool kit components.
- Cosmetic damage to the outer packaging or case (such as dents or scratches) does not qualify for a refund or replacement if the nails are in perfect condition.
5. Return Process

- Please be sure to include photos of the product when submitting a refund request.
- Proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.
6. Shpping Fees
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping fees may be refunded depending on the condition of the product.
7. Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
- You must contact us and obtain our approval before returning anything. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
8. Exchanges
- Exchanges are possible if the customer wishes.
- Please follow the same return process for exchanges.
